Loukoumades with sweet mytzithra

1kg sweet myzithra

2 eggs

100g of sugar

150g of flour

20g baking powder

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

A piece of lemon

 

For sprinkling

100g walnuts crushed

50g sesame roasted

3 tablespoons honey

Put in a bowl of myzithra and melt with a butter, add the eggs whipped and mix.Pour the sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest.Add the flour sifted together with the baking powder.Put on small balls and roll in flour.Fry in olive oil until they get a golden color and put them on a platter with absorbent paper.Pour in honey and sprinkle with walnuts and sesame seeds.

Salad with ribet and baked vegetables

150-200g boiled chickpeas

1 eggplant

1 zucchini

2 peppers

2 mushrooms

4-5 cherry tomatoes

1 teaspoon caper

½ apple

3 basil leaves

1 onion fresh

 

For the sauce

20ml olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic

Juice of half orange

Zest of an orange

Salt

Cut the vegetables into slices, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic, a little oregano and salt and stir. In a baking dish spread the vegetables. Cool to 170 degrees for a quarter. When ready, we cut into small pieces.Put in a bowl of grilled vegetables, chickpeas and add all our ingredients.Mix the materials for the sauce and pour our salad.We can add or remove materials and create what we like.
