Otia

a cup of yogurt

2 cups of sugar

1/2 cups of corn oil

4 eggs

1 teaspoon of baking powder

flour for all uses

Mix all the ingredients together and add flour until we have a soft dough that does not stick to the hands. We open on a sheet. The thinner we do, the more crisp and thin the otia will become. Also, if we want them even more fluffy, we put more baking powder.Cut into strips and shape the otia.Fry in medium heat, in a lot of oil. Be careful not to burn them!

2 cups of milk

1 packet of dried yeast

1 tablespoon of yogurt

4 teaspoons of olive oil

4 eggs

1/2 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons sugar

500gr flour

We put all the ingredients in the basin and the lukewarm milk. Stir well and add flour. We make a soft dough that does not stick to the hands. Leave the dough covered with film for 20 in a warm place until it doubles in volume. In a saucepan, add the oil for frying and when it is cooked, pour small dough balls and fry until golden brown. Remove them with a pierced ladle and place them on paper to remove the unnecessary oil. When the process is complete, place them on a platter and pour them with honey and cinnamon.
